Feeder leg question.

I know that 1 1/4 14ga. square tubing will fit inside 1 1/2 14ga. square tubing. My question is how hard does it get to take it out over the years. Also is 1 1/4 large enough to hold 500 lbs?

I know that has probably been asked before but I could not find it.

I would go with at least 11 gauge...

Any ideas on if they get stuck together? I think the is just under 1/8" outside to inside.
