Is there anyone who could get a copy or tell me someone's driving record for free ?

You'll also need their consent, which shouldn't be a problem of you're hiring them as a driver or something.

I'm no attorney, nor do I play one on TV but... it is my understanding without consent it is illegal to gather this information in TX. In my line of work, we run background checks, driving records, SSN verifications etc. and it is a big no! no! if you don't have a consent form signed per our legal advice.

As mentioned there is a consent form that needs to be signed. I use texasonline to pull driving records for all of our drivers.
