    Gas well easement question

Anyone know how large the easement around a well is? There is one on a property I am looking at and a friend was talking about easement issues he had. Also are there any laws regarding pipes being buried or running on top of the ground. I don't know much about oil and gas law. Thanks

Construction of wells they used 3 acres during drilling and after completion they only used 1 acre. My 2 wells have flow lines and no storage tanks on site, well head only. Everything else is on the adjoining property's. They only visually check my wells every 4 to 6 weeks, which is nice. All my flow lines are buried on average 3 feet.

No way to know any of that without reading that particular lease
