Out of 7 gobblers that came close enough to see the decoy, 4 made contact with it 5 yards or less from my blind, and the only reason that the other three didn't get to attack the decoy is because I shot their buddies first. This includes 3 Rio's and an Eastern. It was worth every penny.

I have been looking at them pretty hard! They are pricey but sure do look nice. Congrats on the bird! -

I have the jake and the sitting hen. I use a cheaper feeding hen decoy as well, but I'm not sure that you even need the hens. All of the gobblers seemed to lock onto that jake, and it was over.Originally posted by Blue Tick View PostComment
