Looking to Rent

I'm looking for a small rent house or duplex in the Conroe/Magnolia/Woodlands/Tomball area. I'm paying entirely too much for an apartment, and I need something with some sort of garage or yard. Not looking for anything bigger than 3-2, would prefer a 2-2. Any realtors or someone who has a place/friend who has a place and needs a responsible renter, please let me know.

I know I'd save money in the long run buying a house, but I'm not ready for that yet.

I don't want to spend over $1200/month.
