We live in Bowie county( most northeast county and hunt in Red River county. We have very few Turkey. The stocked them 15-20 years ago in our area, but they have not thrived like they had hoped. We have been out west to Turkey twice but both times weather ruined our hunt. My boys have been bugging me to go so I took them well knowing we would not see any Turkey. Well, the good Lord proved me wrong again and sent this Eastern Tom our way. #20 with a 10 1/2 inch beard. The three of us sat under a tree while I called him in and my oldest shot him
