And yesterday evening her car started throwing oil. A friend came ove this morning and something hit oil filter and pan. Both leaking... And 2 days ago the dang dryer quit working. Wish this crap would happen when one of us has a job...

Sounds like an intestinal virus that's going around. Two people, who I personally know , are dealing with it also.

Had it week before last. Lasted a full week. Absolutely the worst stomach flu I have ever experienced. Most likely the norovirus AKA the cruise ship virus. Luckily, the vomiting only lasted one day. The diarrhea lasted the whole week. Replace the fluids as best you can. Imodium did not help me but Pepto Bismal seemed to slow it down a bit.

Been goin through it all weekend and of course it's the weekend my wife is out of town!! Thank god for grandparents that would've been ROUGH! I just got through mowing idk if that was a good idea now
