Having a Boss that is an Idiot!!!

Starting on my 8th week on our outage, our General Foreman has been making these small videos with his phone, all from the plant, and putting them on his FB page. He acts like a "Gangster" when he makes them.
Well, 2 days ago, he made another one, but this time it was a rap. After a co-worker showed me his latest and greatest, I just shook my head in disbelief!!! Could not believe my ears that was coming out from his mouth!! Everybody at work agreed, what a IDIOT!!!
Well, it finally caught up with him yesterday. Went into work last night and found out that HR from the main office came down and fired him about 10am. They even had security escort him to his truck and off the premise.
Guess the right person seen it this time!!!
Oh, by the way, my company has a job opening!!!

I have been there, i'm not CURRENTLY there thank GOD.... I decided I want to start a business when I worked for somebody who was so stupid i don't understand who they functioned as a human much less a boss

LOL. I have a few that are lazy and come off as dumb, but will get you in trouble or try to stir the pot.

I had a bad one years ago... he worked for the government for 20 years, then came into the private sector. He absolutely could not adjust to the private sector life.... the more forms and paperwork that was generated the better.

That was my first professional insight to how the government operates, and it is no surprise the levels of stupidity we see from them.

More recently, I'm not even sure who my boss is anymore! LOL

I'm not sure if I ever had an boss/manager that was an "Idiot" per-say, some might not of had common sense or leadership characteristic I value, but I have learned something from every single one whether from what to do or what not to do.
