Well that is kinda the subject this thread has turned into.

How many trees do you want?

How much does a tree this size cost? How long does it take to be able to produce acorns etc? I am ignorant as far as planting trees.

                      10-15 years, I would lean towards 15

I have some live oaks in my yard that are 8 and loaded with acorns. They get a lot of fertilizer each year plus in drip irrigation during the summer.

I also have several sawtooth seedlings that will make acorns sooner.

Mac will fix Yall up. I will get rid of mine local or plant them.

I need a few good trees for my vacant lot next to the house. Would like 30-40 gallon size. Any that big available? How much would those run?

I picked up 10 of these last year from Brent, and replanted them into 15 gallon pots. All 10 of them are doing great. I'm anxious to see what they look like at the end of the summer. I may transplant them one more time before they get planted.
