Wanting to get a couple cattle panels welded

Anyone have any idea what it would cost to have a coupe cattle panels welded to the top of my trailer and a couple pieces welded to the top of the slider door.

That was my thought but I don't know a lot of people down here. My buddy has a welder but it's on the fritz.
