Above ground "irrigation system" I built

I have about .25 ac residential lot, total of about 8,500 sq ft of grass and with the drought and water restrictions, its been really tough just to keep the grass alive let alone thrive.

I designed this system with irrigation sprinkler heads to run above ground. I have a total of 5 units made and can quickly switch heads out depending on the shape (90, 180, 360 etc) and size of coverage I need. I outfitted it with quick connect hose connections to make connecting to water supply (yard faucet and hose) and between additional units quick and easy. I can run 4 simultaneously. Female quick connect shuts off, so if nothing is connected to it water terminates there, or I can quickly pop another length of hose and add another 2 or 3 sprinklers.

Looks good. I did that for my neighbor/buddy......so, he would water.

It depends on how much pressure you have and how many gallons a minute the supply will produce. The heads are rated probably for 30lbs. min. You should be able to run at least 5 fullheads.

thinking about making the heads quick connect as well by putting male and female ends on the risers, then I could literally pop the heads off based on what I need. But right now 3 of the 5 I made stay static, and never get changed from the Hunter MP2000 nozzles I put in.

Yes, I work with several irrigator professionals and they said the same thing, but I can't get 5 to run simultaneously. 2 in front and 2 in back is as much as I can run at any given time.

You can buy a head with a steak with opposition to add other. No need for the PVC set up.

link? I looked and could not find, this is actually what I had in mind when I built this so I could leave them in place and just move hose as needed.

I built one just like it this weekend minus the fancy quick connect stuff you got going on there.
