I'm not nearly as afraid of the presence of foreign terrorist as much as I am our own home grown sympathizers.

My BIL is stationed at that base

If they want to die, do them a favor and put a single bullet in the ears!

No need to make an attention plea out of it

My stepson is stationed at Ft Riley.

Get a rope and hang 'em public for all to see.

I have mixed feelings about these arrests. Looks like another one where the feds found a teenage loud mouth and set him up. They provide someone to motivate them, fund them, and furnish them with the "bomb" materials. I suspect if left to their own they would never had done anything but talk.

So, you missed the part where he had joined the army and planned to kill a bunch of soldiers before the FBI got involved.

Yeah, I guess I missed that since the article specifically said he was never admitted to the army. I'm not defending these whackos, just pointing out that the only ones we ever hear about and see arrests are the ones where the FBI sets them up and provides someone to motivate them, fund them, and provide all the materials.

I guess you didn't hear about the Boston bombings? They will find someone to fund and encourage them, we should be thankful it was the FBI that got their attention first.
