Possible sonora lease openings

I have potential to get a 2800 acre lease south of sonora off 189, 10 total hunters, there may or may not be electricity on the place by deer season. If there is elec price would be 2300 a spot if no elec it would be 2100 a spot, I'd get atleast a 3 yr contract. I hunted the ranch next to this one last year, tons of deer and good genetics. Let me know if there is anyone interested.

It's year round lease, gun and bow aloud, family friendly they just hunt off your tags, there will be a camp site for trailers. Obviously this will be my first year to have the place but landowner seemed willing to work on areas of the ranch, I hunter the ranch next to this one and had many monster axis on cam as well as fallow and this land owner has no issues with us shooting exotics so far but that is still up in the air pending me signing the contract

Ok. Great country out there. Lots of animals. We are a quite a bit closer to 277. I heard there were quite a few exotics farther out. We haven't seen a one.
