Anyone familiar with "General Shelters" portable cabins/building???

I was looking at buying one of the General Shelter cabins for a deer camp, specifically the 12x24 "Hotel" or the 14x26 "Tumbleweed". Is anyone here familiar with their cabins/buildings or have one of them? I'm trying to get a feel for quality and craftsmanship. From the little bit I can find on them they seem to be built well. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks.

With an emphasis on quality, we provide Cabins, Storage and Steel buildings as well as covers and sheet metal using a dealer network located in South Central US

We bought one of their homes last year for our place in Bandera. It was the 26x60 model called the Ponderosa. We actually toured the plant in Center, TX while looking at all the different models. They are very well built. I like the metal roof and siding. We actually bought the model home off the Baytown lot and saved about 15k instead of ordering the a new one.

We used to be a dealer for them. 10 years ago they were some of the best quality portable buildings around. Great company to deal with.

I have a 16X30. They are well built and the company and dealers are good folks. They will custom build almost any size you want. I live about 30 miles from the manufacture site and have toured their place. You will be pleased with the building if you buy it.

Look in the classifieds here. There is an Ag teacher looking for someone to build a cabin for. All it costs is the cost of material plus a donation to the kids fund. It sounds like the best way to go plus it may be tax deductible.

Prices vary on whether or not you want it finished out. I was quoted $20k for the tumbleweed finished out and $18k for the hotel finished out. I had them quote me the hotel not finished out and it was $5500. They are very nice finished out but I can do it myself and save some money.

I called and a Two Step was 67K and Ponderosa 76k
that was probably msrp and not a dealer price

The prices I got from the dealer were actually less than what the lady at the factory quoted me. I was pretty surprised about that.
