Sabine Lake

Going to Sabine Lake about 2 today, anybody have any reports...Looking for the trout. Haven't been salt water this year.

I've been at the Toledo and Rayburn every weekend...

Well not much to report other than dirty water and rough, my son did Catch one 22" flounder...

Back to the lakes, and wait for the water to clear up...

Dang nice flounder. Water has been dirty for a while now. I do know they were catching a lot of reds at the jetty. Another buddy told me he has been on some trout but not sure where.

All this rain has really slowed down the bite. The water is dirty and fresh. The best bet right now is the jetties for big usually oversized reds and if you can find some clean water on the Louisiana shoreline the trout have been there.
