High school rodeo question

    High school rodeo question

    Since i live in Jarrell Tx and they dont have a high school rodeo is there a way my daughter can do them? Or does she have to be at a school that has a team?

    No. There a ton of home school kids rodeoing these days that I know of.

      Awesome how would i get her involved she does barrell races in new mexico but she is thinking about moving in with me and that is something she loves to do

        Absolutely. Texas is Divided up into 10 Regions. I beleive Jarrell is in Region 10. Your daughter school doesnt have to have a rodeo team etc for her to participate. She just has to have passing grades. Here is some more information www.thsra.org . I was a member of Region 6 and was fortunate enough to Win the Reserve State and National Championship my senior year in Bareback Riding. We also won the National Team Title that year. Great memories.

            There are several youth associations in the area. She can just go to an open Barrel Race and talk to people. I would be shocked if 9 out of 10 are not ready to help.

              yea we would do that if she decides to move out here. Right now i am just trying to get all the information for her so you can make a informed decision
