    Excel 2010 Gurus

Need some help from those of you that are Excel 2010 savvy.

I need to make a chart showing (percentage wise) how many days my route trucks are on time vs how many days they are late.

It's pretty basic info I just can't seem to get the desired result....

I've got 14 routes that run 5 days a week.

I believe you can just use a regular Excel spreadsheet, you can arrange the days of the week (occurrences) in the rows or columns, however you want. Assign a value of 1 of the route is on time, 0 if it is not, and then divide the sum (number of times that route is on time) by 5 and that will give the % of time that route arrives on time. You can do the same thing (using columns if you used rows for days of the week or vice versa) for each of the routes and divide by 14 to see what % of the time the routes are on time each day. Does that help?
