    HELP I have a propane smoker

    Low and slow like all other meats. I do mine at 225 for 90 minutes I also put water pans on both ends of pit to keep it moist. I finish mine in the oven First I cover it with agave syrup, then lots of rajin blaze. Cook for 30 minutes on 300. Everywhere I have Brought a ham to, I am asked to bring them to from there on out.

        I buy the cheap generic spiral sliced hams. I use pineapple juice and honey and BBQ rub first and work it down in the slices...smoke at 210 for a couple of hours in a foil pan...then pour a root beer over it and cover for another hour.
