    Need a good employee

I'll try this again and see if if there is anyone out there needing a job. I am based out of Spring Tx and I have a company that installs and maintains mosquito/spider systems on houses. We also do outdoor landscape lighting and Coll Mist systems and going to be doing some landscaping. I need someone that is good with his hands and is dependable to do installs and down the road help maintain the systems after I get them there pest control license. If you know of anyone that needs a job please send me a pm. Thanks Chris

Just an fyi, the certification for pest control is a fairly straight forward test and involves reading several manuals. If you have common sense, it is very easy to understand and figure out the proper solutions, and can pass the applicator license by only reading the manuals. It usually takes 1-2 days to be able to read thru the manuals.

Systemnt. I do lots of Pre Wires on new construction homes but I also do Retro fit installations on existing houses. A system can vary so much on price depending on size of yard and size of house and where all you are wanting nozzles. They start at around $2200.00 for a small house and go up from there. I just did a 25,000 sq ft house in Centerville that was over $30,000 but that was a exception. The average price is usually between $2500.00 to $3500.oo. How guys, help me find a good installer!!!

Wish you were around Fort Worth, would love to help part time and learn the systems. The mosquitos are starting to come out around the house, with almost an acre of yard I've got a feeling that it would be pretty expensive to install and maintain.

I installed a system in South Lake a few years back for the baseball player Vernon Wells. What a place he had, it was nice.

Sure wish you were in the Crockett, Palestine, Lufkin area as I am thinking about retiring from my present job of coaching and teaching, but cannot do so until I find another job to make up the difference in retirement check and coaching/teaching check. This sounds like a very good opportunity for someone.

I wish I was down there. I am looking at being an unemployed HVAC installer and this sounds kind of cool. Good luck on the help.
