Tomorrow I have a Oral Board for a S3 position for operations in the National Guard. I work full time right now for the guard but I didn't have to board for that position. This will be my first one and i have been busy studying the subjects that I was informed to study. I could use some positive vibes as i feel comfortable right now but i know that may change come tomorrow morning. Thanks

Just go in there with military bearing and a positive attitude. Make sure your uniform is perfect, report to the board etc...get a **** haircut, not just the army minimum. Like I always told my guys, look the part, BE the part. You've got it! -

Haircut is great, uniform is ACU's so i have done a 1,2,3, and 4 time over on them. Study sheet is next to me so I have the basics covered. Military awareness shouldn't be a issue but making sure I get my reporting is worded right is what i am working on. Thanks for the good vibes!Comment
