I built the cooker this week. It's working out pretty good.
The pigs still cooking...we'll check it in about 2 hrs. I'll keep y'all posted.

what are the details on your build and how much do you have invested ?

- angle iron, welded plate steel, etc...

I woud love to buy an Al Simon cajun microwave but know I can build one cheaper than $2,000
