I had one in the eye and one in forehead. must have deleted pic when I tried to upload. I need some large print targets, just got glasses and can't shoot with them yet.
Folks may not be happy with some shots, but many are actually quite good, considering the point of the thread -- to shoot a small target with the first shot, like you would hunting. Consider that the width of the two nostrils on the bear target is one-half inch. The width at the widest point of the bear's head is 2-9/16ths inches. Several shooters got two arrows within a 3-inch circle -- that's smaller than a deer's heart. Kill zone on a deer is 10 inches, roughly. Keep competing. Aim small, but hitting the paper on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper target is probably a dead deer. Happy hunting!
Congrats, DDoyle. Didn't get my bear shot done. Problem with a two-shot challenge is you've got to either be legitimately good or get lucky twice in a row....

I have recently switched to a thumb release so I'm still getting the feel for it. I have definitely seen improvement in my groups, and I think I finally got my left and right centered this past weekend. Will post up a new target here shortly.
Alright guys in lieu of the severe pig problem we are having on our place in San Saba I though this target worthy. Distance from my stand to the feeder is 25 yards so that will hold true here. one shot closest to the yellow dot wins it.
