Nilgai and Oryx meat

Ok guys and gals! I have a bunch of Nilgai and Oryx meat that has been given to me. I know I know. I'm lucky. So is the meat pretty tasty? Is it like deer? I need some good ways to cook it up. Some steaks and some ground of both. If you treat it like venison then I got it handled. Just any info would be great.

Nilgai is really good, Oryx is the best wild game I have ever eaten. I would step over an Axis to eat Oryx and that's saying a lot.

I have heard this about nilgai as well more than once. And axis is hard to beat.

oryx is pretty much cattle so its gonna be beefy. nilgia always reminded me more of veal...

Never had Nilgai, but plan to hunt a Bull this year. Oryx is excellent, similar to Axis.
