Seen a few of them on this site and I think I may go this route on the next feeder I build. Few question, does it use a standard feeder battery? Do they get jammed up at all, relative to a standard feeder unit. Overall how do you like them?

Love mine. Uses the standard 12v and no issues with jamming. I've got 4 total of them. -

Love mine, the only time it jammed was because of the string from the corn bag got wrapped and looped and wouldn't let it spin. Never any issues. Do not stand in front of it with out safety glasses, it really zings it!!Comment

Out of curiosity, any of y'all notice a preference by the deer? Are more deer hitting your directional than your traditional spin broadcast feeder?Comment

I haven't noticed any preference at all. But, I like the fact that the corn is all out front of the feeder. Also seems to help with your setups and gives more alternatives to stand/feeder setup locations.Originally posted by Fargus View PostComment
