Cost on having a shop built

I'm thinking of having a workshop built . Approximately a 16'x32' on a concrete pad . I have never had anything like this built any ideas on price or local company to Dfw or Rowlett area you have used?
    Thanks Anthony

Buncha threads lately on this with detailed quotes. Might want to search for "metal buildings" "shops" etc.

I bought 50 acres (raw land) in January and am looking to build a barn too, and I'm interested to see where this thread goes.

I work at Mueller in Caddo Mills, just East of you. While we do not do the concrete or building erection, we can supply the material, and give you a list of qualified contractors who can.

Had this one built last year for $10,500 with the slab. It's 24x30 with a 10ft x 12ft roll up door.Picture was taken before I had finished the walkway and I did my own wiring.

I have a DIY thread on here about my build. We spent $33k on ours.... plumbing/electrcail
electrical/concrete was subbed out. We used wood framing with metal skin.

I built a 30x40 about 10 years ago with slab, insulation, electric and water for around 12k. Did electric and water myself.
