Campbell Global Leases

So I won a lease through Campbell and received the questions they ask before writing the lease. How long after submitting the questions to them and letting them know you are going take the lease does it take for them to get the contract to you? I submitted the questions on Sunday, figured I would have heard something by now since they have been pretty good with responding to questions.

They haven't responded to me very well at all, and I already lease three tracts from them. I have been waiting over a month to hear about my bid. I even sent an email thru their contact email on their website and still haven't gotten an answer and that was a couple of weeks ago. Finally emailed my contact at Campbell directly and he said the area manager has been delayed approving bids. They usually send contracts out between now and the end of April.

Well dang. I was wondering he same question. I bid on two properties in Hardin county. I wanted to start a bow lease for TBH'ers. Bids still say in review


I posted on my thread how much I bid. I guess that's top secret lol. The biddings over so I don't know what the big deal is.

I actually got notified I won the lease and needed to respond within a week. Lookes at the lease and liked it so. I was told to respond to a few questions and did so the contract could be written. Haven't heard back yet, just being impatient I guess

I never understood why people will not say what property & how much they bid on it after the closing of the bidding. There is nothing you can do after the closing of the bids. I always told everyone what property & how much I bid on it. It kind of help other TBH'er know whether they have a chance at property or not

I bid on 2 in Oklahoma and was denied both by email, 1 was outbid on or just plain out smarted by .... (MWW982)I think Congrats to you guys, all the best if it was!
