Guy tasered in my subdivision

My son and I went through the stop sign 20 seconds before this happened. We heard the sirens and hear the car crash. My neighbor was coming out of our subdivision and was sitting at the stop sign and saw it all. She called me and asked if I saw it. Then I look on Facebook and this guy got the video of it. This dude is lucky to be alive. When they say get down they mean it. I hope the link works.

My neighbor was telling me they told him three times to get on the ground. He put his hands down towards his waste and that's when the lady cop zapped him. I'm glad they did it. Police chase, he crashed three cars on 121 and standridge. No telling how many people's lives he put in danger.
