    Good weekend running trot lines.

We dad (21RFL) set out lines Thursday evening in the lake. Ran them Friday morning and had 2 small blues, a 22 lb blue and a 26 lb yellow. That evening he had just 3 small blues. Went with him to run the Saturday morning and was the same thing as Friday evening. We had 2 small blues and about a 7 lb channel. That evening my wife went with us. We had 2 small blues when we got to our last line. We could feel we had a fish on. When we got towards the end. There was about an 8 lb blue. Got him in the boat and then we saw the swirl. I knew to grab the net as soon as we saw it. Got the net ready and got her netted easily and in the boat. Big yellow and my wife couldn't believe how big it was. A nice 35 lb yellow per 2 different scales. Ran the lines yesterday morning and pulled them up. On the first line we had a small blue and another good yellow that my wife netted. This one ended up weighing 35 lbs. the rest if the lines only yeilded two more small blues.

Nota good weekend for numbers for we had good fish. Ended up with a 22 lb blue and a 26, 30 and 35 lb yellow cats.

Here's the pic of the 35.

My guess would be Texana since he's from around Ganado... have no idea about those dang pliers!!

They aren't broke! That's just the way they are. They are shaped like an L and yes this was Texana.
