The fiance and I are really trying to get the ball rolling on beginning our home build. We will be building in the Bar X subdivision. We have been in contact with Tilson and found a house of theirs we both like I just feel like they are a little steep on the pricing at around $110 sq ft. I am looking for a reputable local builder who builds there frequently since they will know more about the area. What can yall recommend? anyone live out there? if so who did you use?

Go talk to Grant Allison of Allison custom homes in Bay City and see what he can do. He built my parents house in Wadsworth and is a heck of a home builder. -

I built last year in bar x and used YMI Builders out of angelton. Did good job but there is a language barrier to get over. LolComment
