Food Plot Is Planted

Went to the lease outside of Zephyr and planted oats, wheat, clover,winter peas, chicory, forage rape, and turnips.

Now all I need is some rain and it'll get it up for me. The ground was very dry so the seed should stay dormant until we get some rain.

It was a little earlier than I normally plant, but it was the only time I could get down and do it.

Who else has there's planted?

headed down thursday to utopia texas to get mine planted. I have never had one on our place before but I think it will do much better than my corn feeder.

I got 3 plots busted up yesterday one big on to go but i8'm not gonna plant for a couple of weeks

Aggie you will love food plots if you can get them established and yes they are much better than corn.
