My wife bought some for Bownanza. I could drink it. Wasn't the best, but not bad.

Had a few tonight. I liked it, but probably won't...without sounding like a alcoholic...crave it. I can see where after cutting the grass during the summer, this would be nice.

Taste a lot like Abita purple haze!! It's my favorite Shiner! Jealous of you lucky folks that live close enough to Shiner to get it in something other than a family traditions pack.

Saw it at the Blue Store in Noonday the other day. Hop on Loop 49!

I love it, but have never seen it packaged by itself. Glad Shiner listened to their customers because it's a fan favorite for sure!

Saw some at HEB in Stephenville today but didn't want to buy a 12 pack just to sample it. Went with the trusty ol "box of bocks" instead.

Ok I tried it. Nope. It's raspberry beer. Not my thing.
It doesn't taste anything like a prickly pear fruit.

That's exactly what I thought. I haven't ever tasted prickly pear fruit, but it tasted like shiner with a half shot of chambord.
