My father has a collection of hand wood working tools dating back I'm guessing 100 years or so. They have been passed down from his Grandfather from Germany. He is trying to see what they are worth and would sell them for a price he likes. He just does not know what that price may be. I'm trying to help him out because he is even less tech savvy than I am, so I can text you pics if you send me a pm. Any help or tips appreciated.

I see what I think are shoulder planes, shoemaker anvils, a draw knife, hand screws, chisels, woodturning, etc.. Nice old collection, sorry I can't help with the "worth".Comment

I love old tools - very cool. There are several websites and forums dedicated specifically to this stuff. Try Googling "vintage woodworking tools" or "antique woodworking tools" I'll bet you can find acollector who will give you and idea of the valueComment

I have several of the same tools that belonged to my grandfather. If your hoping to get rich with them you will be disappointed. They are nice collector items and conversation pieces though. I see these at flea markets occasionally also. They are anywhere from $2-$25Comment
