    Carb backloading

Anyone familiar with it? Worth the hassle of it?

Run a can of Berryman B12 through the tank. Should clear it up.

I think that is for a different kind of carb.

im in the same boat. going to give it a try. I dont think it will be any more effective than a clean, consistent diet though. It advocates eating a sugary foods low in the glycemic index, but i think eating clean carbs at night after working out would be optimal. Ill let yall know how it goes.

For performance, works great if you need the extra fuel. For photos works great IF you are sub 7% bf and really closer to sub 5%

I read an article about it the other day. Looked like a pain.

I would argue two points in the theory. First one is that it takes longer than 10 days to become fully fat adapted and secondly, the once a week carb load is not responsible for keeping you lean, or sparing any of your muscle mass. Aside from a little more glycogen stores, carbs don't have much of a roll in building muscle mass.

I don't have a problem with the theory as a whole, but rather some of the misinformation. NOTE: You may not need to worry about counting calories or picking healthy carb choices on the load day, but you will need to manage your calorie intake on the other six.
