Good suggestions above, what kind of food do you like or are you interested in eating while you're here? I've eaten at them all many times over, let me know and I'll shoot you some suggestions.

        I love Louisiana longhorn!
Little red wagon on 79 has the best burger and onion rings I have ever had

          Yes to Little Red Wagon.

No to Chuys Blah! The one on 183 in North Austin is good but I didn't like the one in RR at all.

Some good suggestions on here but not Salt Lick.

Another option is Twin Peaks. Food is good for a breasterant, beer is cold, and best views in RR!

No Salt Lick, most expensive dry BBQ around. LLC down town, Puffy Tacos for lunch.

Go to Tio Dans for the best breakfast tacos and then head over to Deckhands oyster bar for lunch and/or dinner.

Dos Salsas is good. For a small unassuming Mexican food joint, try Taquarias Arendinas here in Round Rock. Its a few doors down from Hoody's sub shop, also a great place to eat. Hoody's serves east coast style subs, Italian or Philly Cheese Steak are both awesome. Torchy's Tacos, Pluckers, Smokey Mo's (BBQ), Junior's for a burger and beer, High Country Market is a cool little place that looks like a gas station from the outside but they have a good selection of micro brews on tap and awesome pizza's that they make from scratch. Sarina's for Kolaches, Smokey Mo's or Rudy's for breakfast tacos, or donuts from Lone Star Bakery (home of the world famous Round Rock Donut). Most of these are local type places, not chain stuff.
