Turkey Hunt Suggestions

Trying to put together a last minute hunt for a couple of buddies that are new to hunting and really want to try turkey hunting. Prefer a place that is self-guided with a place to stay and hopefully within 3-4 hours of DFW. Willing to spend some money but no need for five star accommodations. Last dove hunt I took them on was a bust so my outfitter qualifications are being questioned. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've never been here but I've I heard lots of good things about this place http://stormranchhunting.com. BTW dove hunting is 50/50 at best .. Lol
