Need Word Doc. Photo Template

Part of my job is writing conservation easements, and at the end of each baseline document I have photos of the property with a caption under each photo. It's a real pain copying, pasting, resizing, and formatting each time I do this.

Is there a template available or that I can make so this process is much easier?

Imagine this piece of cardboard is 8.5''x11". This is how I would like to have it set up, and make it easy to copy and paste pictures as well as write a blurb under each picture

You need visio brother. You can do anything you want in it them publish it to a PDF.

Try PowerPoint, copy and insert photo, the. Insert text box underneath?

No sir, it looks much better. I use Crayons to give it that extra 'pop'.

I have thought about that but want to stick with Word because that is what the majority of the document is done on. Makes it easier to copy and paste different documents into one final doc. if it's the same program.

I have Microsoft Office 2007. I used the Word Doc, pasted a pic, wrote a caption under it, then pasted another with a caption.
Other than sizing the picture , it works rather well.

I'd Google <ms word template pictures with captions> and there were a bunch of examples and downloads. Create the template and reuse.

Just tried it, copy the photo into your doc, select pic, right click, insert caption.

Then as Salt mentioned, drag the size of the pic to line it all up. Crayons do give it an added flair.
