Nice. I bought a cold steel spear to practice with before I bought the Samburu made just for throwing. I didn't want to break the Samburu before I learned how to throw one right. You were using the micro Samburu from cold steel?

I have both. The micro and the regular one. I was using the bigger one. Practiced for two months plus or minus

Congrats!!! It's always good to see a person take it to the next level.

I have lost a couple spears in pigs so be careful attaching the go pro to the spear because when they run away they vanish like ghosts even with a 6 ft spear sticking out of them. I have attached a go pro to my hat and that produced a pretty good video, un fortunately that is a good video of a hog running off with my spear. Getting a spear hunt on video is pretty tough...maybe this spear thing is finally starting to catch on.
