    Nope....not "RIGHT NOW"
Right now he is isn't worth anything. Maybe last year or the year before he was.
I would not say he is not worth anything, I bet a lot of teams would trade for him as is banking that he will come back even better than what he was.

Heck, maybe Yu will pitch left handed...he is ambidextrious you know? He can have the TJ surgery on his right wing and still pitch. Maybe run him out there every 10 games or so vs 5?

Maybe ChiChi can come in, catch a little lightning-in-a-bottle and win 15. Problem solved, no more excuses.

I like the sound of that, along with Gallo hitting tape measure shots. I really wish he could play left.

Losing YU sucks. It sucks bad. But there is plenty of talent on the team, we just need to stay healthy and compete. Might not win the division, but should be competitive.

Yep. The silver lining is the fact that someone has the opportunity to step up. And I'd love the Gallo in left scenario!

It's a shame it took em this long to consider the option. Gonna be missed in the rotation for sure.

I predict that we will not be a contender this season. I just dont see any of the starters that will finish the season with no more than 10 wins

We may not contend, But Holland and Gallardo should both have 10+ wins.

Young pitching is gonna have to step up, period. The Perez, and Harrison injuries have set this thing back years.

I would plan on exactly zero production from Derek Holland until he actually does it.....I'm tired of his bit.

Agreed. The Perez deal was heart breaking to me. I loved watching that kid pitch. Here's looking to next year. Maybe they'll surprise us this season. Nobody expected the injuries last year so maybe this can go up instead down. Not sure how much more down it can go lol.
