Dealt with great customer service

I was gifted a set of Marathon seat covers from my parents for Christmas as I've been wanting a set for a while. Well I get to putting them on and the passenger side was cut out for the electric controls but its a manual seat. I gave them a call and told them my problem and they agreed that the order was put in for manual seats and asked if I could send them a picture of it. Within 24 hours of sending the picture I received an E-mail saying my new seat cover was being made and it would be delivered in a few days If you're looking for seat covers give these guys a serious look, good customer service goes a long ways in my book

Ahh, the long lost art of customer service. Most companies don't understand that the majority of customers will pay higher prices at places that provide outstanding customer service. Heck, I will spend a little extra as long as what they attempt is some form of customer service nowadays. Good on them for making the situation right.
