It is hard to believe that he was not immediately terminated. There is nothing to investigate. This is what is going on in some public schools and it just keeps going. Now in NY they have a vacation for Muslim Holidays. Who knows whats next.

Are you suggesting a 6th grader was able to find a recording of their teacher and change the audio? Seems pretty clear cut to me. I don't think we need a long drawn out process for this.
This happened not too long ago with the DISD HR director sending racist email and text and it was all hush hush until word got out. DISD covers up there own. Not sure if its a union job or not, which could make it more difficult to terminate even with the facts right in front of them.
