    Brake light on dash blinking?

The brake light on the dash of my '93 chevy started blinking. It's flashing 4 times, pause, 4 times, etc.. In my reasearch Ive found it to be the anti lock valve reset switch. Where is it and how do I fix it?

I don't believe there is a reset. According to ALLDATA you need to try and clear the code and see if it comes back. It is possiblly a electrical problem or your EBCM if it doesn't clear.

I just had an issue with my 2012 Ford F-150 and driver's side rear blinker & break light. Replaced bulbs, fuses, etc. and same problem.

I ended up taking it to the dealer figuring it was something electrical. The dealer reset the code and all is working fine. He said sometimes pulling a trailer will cause an issue.

Only takes 10 minutes tops to replace the module.

Can you just disconnect the battery and it will reset the codes for you. If it comes back it is an issue then?

On this truck to clear ABS codes you pull the stop lamp fuse for 5 seconds and reinstall it. Disconnecting the battery does not work.

As long as you are way over there in Allen I'm safe. I'm pretty sure you forgot how to drive in the ice.
