I have a small transmission line right of way on my property. About 30 feet wide and 100 yards long. Are they responsible for keeping it mowed? Are they required to mow it? Can I put my deer stand, a 5x8’ on it! It’s not a permanent fixture. I’d just have to disassemble it to move it.

Depends on the terms of the easement. You should be able to find the easement in county records.

Curtis owned Yellow Jacket Construction for years and embezzled around 2 million dollars from investors and family members. He falsified a contract that he had supposedly won the bid on, took investors money and left the country over night. It took over a year to find him and he was living high on the hog in Belize with his wife and daughter. I can’t remember how many years he got in Club Fed but if he’s still alive I’m sure he’s still locked up.

I used to pipeline. Started in Aldine as a pipeliner in 78
Delivery gauger at Mt Belvieu, Hull Daisietta, Houston Terminal for a year or so.
Corsicana Tank farm operator and mechanic for stint.
Then worked as a contractor at Burns Terminal when Production surrendered it to Pipeline.
Also in Chalmette and refinery delivery.
