I've always said I wanted to jump out of a plane mostly because saying that I would somehow fed my ego, well my wife called my bluff and bought me jump through skydive Dallas for my birthday and now I'm not feeling so Macho! Lol I am looking forward to it but the realization that I'm going to jump out of a plane is pretty scary, has anyone else done it.

Yes, I am terrified of heights, did it as a "concur your fear" ....didn't work still scared of heights... however it wasn't so bad and its over really quick, I got mine video taped so I was waving at the camera most of the free fall... definitely worth doing, however I wont be going again...Comment

Yes. Jumped at 1800Skydive south of Houston. It was one of the most thrilling experiences in my life but I love heights. I think I free fell for 90 seconds straight (it was 9 years ago so my memory isn't the greatest, could have been shorter).
I'd do it again.. As soon as you hit the ground you want back up.Comment

I have multiple jumps, both tactical and non-tactical. It is a rush. I am only scared when I am inside the plane waiting to jump. Once I jump it is all good
