How to upload a picture?

How do you upload a pic not a profile picture but a picture to a reply in a thread

From a phone or computer?

Click on the paperclip symbol, to attach a pic to your reply. When you scroll over the paperclip symbol, it will read "attachments". When clicked it will open a box to where you can browse to the photo on your computer you want to attach. Browse to and select the photo, follow the instructions from there.

It tells me I have to enter the ULR of my image

I just always found it easier to host the pic on an image website site photo bucket or Flickr etc.... then post the .img link. FYI delete the URL link it auto copies to the clipboard.
