I had one . My neighbor gave it to me. Son let me tell you that thing would drill anything. Actually was afraid one day it would break my arm. Lol!!! Passed it along to my brother. He has it in his shop. Uses it all the time. Dang good press.

If you need a drill press I would fix /restore it, probably outlast the one you could buy with the money it cost to restore it
If I had a shop built I would say put me in line if you sold it

Definitely keep it.
Nothing you can buy today will be as well built as that one is.
If need be, you can get the motor rewound (any good electric motor shop can do that)

These guys look like they can get ya fixed up
They can probably find you a modern motor with the same frame, but I would want the original rewound, it looks right, and belongs on there.
