Blue Indigo vs Rattle Snake

I saw one every bit of 8ft long. Not sure how big they get but thank the Lord they're not venomous .

Caught one that was 9'9"

Why? They are the most bad arse snake in the state if not the country. There aren't any snakes of their size you can handle and really have no worries of aggression. My two girls aren't even skeered.

Man if I stumbled upon one I'd be gone before I even realized what it was first thought would be BIG ARSE SNAKE!!!

Blue Indigo vs Rattle Snake

I would much rather stumble upon one if these indigos in on the trail to my blind than walk into a wasp infested blind or into spider webs in the dark.
Why is it snakes dont scare me, but creepy crawlies do?

I've always heard they eat rattlesnakes but that's the first time I've seen "the kill". Very interesting. I wonder why the rattler wasn't coiled and striking like they usually do when threatened? It just lays there while the indigo just sidles up and chomps it's head.
