Does anyone know of a CHL course instructor near Brownwood?

Also, what is the typical cost of a course?

The course is about 65 bucks, the fingerprinting is another 20 or so, and then the state wants another 140 or 130...and the postage is about 15 bucks, not counting the numerous times they send the stuff back to you for clarification...all in all, it's just about 250 per person...
