I really don't care what these guys do off the field. It isn't any of my business. I don't make these guys my hero's. I don't allow people to tell me that I can't watch a sport because the athletes are doing things that are illegal. I watch sports for entertainment and that is all. If the people playing football are breaking the law then arrest them. If you are concerned with what an athlete is doing in his private life whether right or wrong, then you've got bigger problems than the athlete himself. Rant over

So apparently there is a Dez Bryant video being released today that is supposed to be worse than the Ray Rice Video......As a cowboys fan, I hope its just a rumor. But with his past, I wouldn't be surprised.

It probably sounded good in your head, but I don't think you thought that all the way through.

Mr. Smart,
I want to first of all say that I hope we are just playing around here and not going to take our comments personally. I enjoy communicating with people of all kinds so I hope that we can take our comments back and forth on a friendly level and not get bent out of shape.
Football is just a game. If someone's life is impacted by how the Cowboys season is going then, yes, that person probably has some deeper problems that won't be taken care of as easy as someone that has made a mistake. I just don't see how a fans concern for anything that is going on in one team members life is going to help the team at all.

Deeper problems than say a person that committed murder or beat his wife on video? I mean that's what you punctuated your rant with....right ?
That a person that concerns himself with a players private actions because he plays for a team he follows has deeper problems than the person who committed the crime legal or not?.
I don't take anything personal on this site. I am merely asking for clarification. Seems overstated to me.Last edited by Smart; 02-25-2015, 04:15 PM.

I am starting to fear that there is actually a video out there. Dez made a rather crypric tweet - then deleted it - that said something about been tired of being betrayed by his friends. So the speculation is, one of his close "peeps" has had this for quite a while and finally has decided to sell it to the highest bidder....

Sarcasm? I didn't see any sarcasm. I didn't see where he said it was more important than the abuse either.
I don't want it to be true either... For the abusee or my Cowboys...
