    Suprise, Arizona. Anyone going?

Taking my son March 15-17th to watch some spring training games. Gonna be a blast! Anyone else gonna be around? Maybe we can catch a game!

We'll be out there, but we'll be there the week before you. This will be our fifth trip out there. You are correct about "Gonna be a blast!" There's a ton of stuff to do. The practice fields open at 10:00 AM. Practice is over around noon. Walk over to the stadium to catch the game at 1:00 PM. Baseball's done around 4:00 PM. Free to do whatever. Your son will love it. I have two daughters who become baseball nuts for the week.We have a group of nine this year. We rent a house for the week. Some people will tire of the baseball. They can stay at the house to watch TV, lay out at the pool, go into the city for all the big city stuff, or take advantage of the great weather and the multitude of outdoor activities. ... Are you driving or flying? If driving via I-40, I highly recommend swinging through Sedona on the way.

Gina Miller has a new video on her youtube channel that has a ton of info about spring training. Guaranteed to get you fired up about your trip, if you're not already about to boil over.

The wife and I talked about a Spring Break trip out there, but we decided to head to Palo Alto, CA for the Texas at Stanford baseball series instead. However, it looks like I get to make a "work" trip to Spring Training that week now.
