I've railed against the poor shot selection and placement on many of the bowhunting..

TV shows, so I thought that I should state that every shot that I've seen Tom Miranda take on Superslam was well planned, well executed, and lethal. I'm sure that he occasionally makes a bad shot, but he doesn't show it, and I'd just as soon all shows learn from his example. The crap that I see on other shows does nothing but hurt bowhunting, and Miranda should be applauded for not participating in that. I'm sure that someone here has something negative to say about him, but I haven't seen anything but positives on his show.

If I never hear Stan Potts' voice again, it will be too soon.

Tom Miranda's show, Advantahe Outdoors?, was one of the first shows I started liking as a kid. That and Tred Barta's show. Both good guys

I really respect tom Miranda and all he has done. I am surprised he doesn't get flamed for the frontal and quartering to shots. He utilizes them a lot but seems to know the anatomy and make the shot. I do know that when you chase the super slam you have to take what you are given.

A man with Tom Mirands experience is a man to respect. Like his show.

Remember these shows are made for one reason, to make money! I remember talking to a well known Bowhunter and he told that making one show he shot and lost thirteen Bucks before filming was completed. I don't think he is the only one doing this. I have see a video before it was edited and it wasn't close to what the final video was. Bottom line don't beleive anything on these shows....

Miranda must be in top physical shape as well.

Tom Miranda was the first to capture the NA 29 Slam on HD video as well. That in it's self shows a lot of self discipline when it comes to taking the shot or not.
I am a fan of his for sure.
